Licensed manufacturer & dealer: BC Armory LLC, d/b/a Brown County Armory · Federal Firearms License 4-35-013-07-9D-14401 (Type 07 — Manufacturer of Firearms) · Class 2 Special Occupational Taxpayer · 3440 TC Steele Rd, Nashville, IN 47448

Firearms & ammunition: Firearms bought online are shipped only to a licensed FFL dealer you choose, or picked up at our counter — never shipped to an individual — and every transfer requires ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check. NFA items are never sold online. You must be 18 to purchase a rifle, shotgun, or ammunition for one, and 21 for a handgun or handgun ammunition. Ammunition and magazines cannot be shipped to every state — see the full list of age and state restrictions. We do not sell unserialized frames, receivers, or build kits, and we do not sell bump stocks. All frames and receivers are serialized and transferred under ATF Rule 2021R-05.
