Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to sell you something and to meet the recordkeeping the federal government requires of a licensed dealer. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
  • Order details: what you bought, how it ships or transfers, and your order history.
  • Age and eligibility: when your order includes a firearm, ammunition, or a magazine, your date of birth and your eligibility attestation, recorded on the order so we can confirm the age requirement was met.
  • Receiving dealer details: the name, licence number, address, and phone of the FFL dealer you choose for a firearm transfer.
  • Inquiry details: the message you send about an NFA item, plus your state and age attestation.
  • Payment information: card data is entered into our payment processor’s secure fields and is never stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation, the card type and last four digits, and the billing name and address.
  • Basic technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site running and secure.

Identification documents and firearm records

Required by federal law

When you buy a firearm from us, federal law requires you to complete ATF Form 4473 and requires us (or your receiving dealer) to verify your identity against a valid government-issued photo ID. The identifying information from that ID is recorded on the 4473 as the form requires.

  • We retain completed ATF Forms 4473 and our Acquisition & Disposition record for as long as federal regulations require, and surrender them to the ATF as required when a license is discontinued.
  • These records are kept for regulatory compliance only. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade them.
  • We disclose them to the ATF and to law enforcement only where the law requires or permits it — for example, during a licensed-dealer inspection or in response to a lawful trace request.
  • We do not retain photocopies or scans of customer photo ID beyond what the 4473 itself requires.
  • Permit or licence copies you send us for a restricted-state ammunition shipment are kept with that order’s record and are not used for anything else.

How we use it

  • To process orders, arrange transfers, and ship what you bought.
  • To answer inquiries and reach you about your order.
  • To confirm eligibility and comply with federal, state, and local firearm law.
  • To detect and prevent fraud and to keep the site secure.
  • To send occasional email about new arrivals — only if you asked for it, and every message has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We share only what a provider needs to do its job, and only with these categories:

  • Payment processing — our card processor, which handles card data under its own privacy policy.
  • Shipping carriers, to deliver your order and provide tracking.
  • Receiving FFL dealers, when a firearm is transferred to a dealer you select.
  • Email and hosting providers that operate this site and deliver our order email.
  • Government agencies, where federal, state, or local law requires disclosure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks.

How long we keep it

  • Firearm transaction records: for the full period federal regulations require.
  • Order and tax records: as long as needed for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Inquiries: until resolved, then for a reasonable period as business records.
  • Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to function: cookies that keep your cart between visits and keep you signed in to your account, and a browser setting that remembers you confirmed you are 18 or older. Blocking cookies will empty your cart between visits but will not otherwise break the site.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, card data is handled by our payment processor, and access to order and inquiry records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to a business of our size.

Children

This site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time. We honor these requests except where federal firearm recordkeeping law requires us to retain a record — those we cannot delete on request.
